Goober Pet Direct will pick up defective products and refund your payment. There is a $10.00 charge for picking up or exchanging products that are not defective.
In the case of out of state orders, if there is nothing wrong with the product, you can return the product and will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
If you have an unopened product that you would like to return or exchange, make sure to do so within 30 days of receiving it. We cannot take products back after 30 days.
